Beckie's Cafe

We had fun at Beckie's Cafe, the restaurant at the Union Creek Resort. It seemed to be under different management than the cabins. The food was good -
Andrew: French Dip
Mali: chicken strips (?) and hot apple cinder (sp?) - she asked about the cinder and the waitress didn't bat an eye and just called it cinder right back to her.
Susy: Blue Cheese burger with Swiss cheese
Darrin: Fish and chips - two HUGE pieces of fish and great homemade tartar sauce.
The atmosphere was great.
