Mali was up early this morning in an attempt to get Andrew to acknowledge Halloween in some way. We tried pushing him on some easy costumes: Funky velvet sunglasses, a pirate hat, or candy-korn horns. He wouldn't have any of it. Mali wasn't as brave as she'd thought she'd be: she brought her costume in a bag instead of wearing it.
Then no one was at the bus stop - she almost missed the bus. Perhaps all the other kid's parents drove them to school in their costumes.
