Matias discovered this on his way home from Alana's, so we all trooped up the street to check it out.

A little old lady was driving, and told Pablo "I just took my eyes off the road for a moment." She is fine, and could even open her door to get out.
You might note that the speed limit sign does say "AT ALL TIMES."
